Goodness Gracious, Great Balls of . . . Cheese!

My kids love making ball shaped food. Meatballs, cheese balls, cookie dough, if it's round they are all over it. This recipe is especially fun because they get to squish the ingredients all together, the more squishing the better!

Reese's Cheese Balls!

half a brick of cream cheese
1 triangle of Light Laughing Cow cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper

Amelia's Cheese Balls!

half a brick of cream cheese
1 triangle of Light Laughing Cow cheese
1/4 cup chopped sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon Ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
salt and pepper

Measure out all ingredients.

Pour into medium bowl.

Mix thoroughly.

Really thoroughly.

Roll into small balls. Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Serve with veggies and crackers.

We put the cheese balls in the fridge right before naptime. I got a little bored waiting for them to get up. So here we have a, ahem, busty lady, a giraffe/horse, a porcupinosaurus, a rabbit, a sheep/dog sheepdog and a fish.

~

Mommy: Please don't climb on that car. (large, riding toy)
Reese: Why?
Mommy: I don't want you to fall off and crack your pumpkin head.
Reese: Cause if I crack my head it will break and my brains will come out?
Mommy: Uh. . . . yeah.
Reese: *doubtful* Okay, Mommy, if you're sure.

What fun! I am really enjoying poking around your adorable blog here. You are so creative and have some great ideas. I've never heard of avocado ice cream. I might just have to try it because I'll try anything :) Stacy
